BAY DELTA PLAN - UPDATE AND IMPLEMENTATION
In order to assure the protection of beneficial uses in the Bay-Delta, the State Water Board is undertaking a process to: 1) review and update water quality objectives, including flow objectives, and the program of implementation in the 2006 Bay-Delta Plan; and 2) make any needed changes to water rights and water quality regulation consistent with the program of implementation.
