Public Forum. Note: Presentations at the Public Forum will be limited to 5 minutes or otherwise at the discretion of the Chairman.

WATER RIGHTS

1. Consideration of a Proposed Order Extending the Effective Term of Order WR 95-6 and Adding New Temporary Conditions to the Water Right Permits for the State Water Project and the Central Valley Project. (The Board will consider whether to adopt the proposed order regarding diversion of waters from the San Francisco Bay/Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Estuary.)
