No. CAS614001]), Los Angeles Region.SWRCB

closed session is authorized by Government Code section 11126, subdivision
(c)(3).)
LITIGATION
The
Board will meet in closed session to discuss San Francisco BayKeeper, et
al. v. State Water Resources Control Board, Sacramento Superior Court Case
No. 99CS01929.(This
is authorized under Government Code Section 11126(e)(2)(A).)
WATER RIGHTS
The
Board will be meeting in closed session to deliberate on a proposed Water
Right Order regarding Petitions to modify the Declaration of Fully Appropriated
Streams for the Santa Ana River.This
