***1. Consideration of Proposed Resolution Amending the Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund Priority List Amendment No. 70. (The Board will consider whether to adopt the proposed resolution.)

CONCENTRATED ANIMAL FEEDING OPERATIONS

2. Hearing Regarding Amending Santa Ana Regional Board Cease and Desist Order No. 99-65 For Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations. (Following the hearing, the Board will consider whether to adopt the proposed amendments revising the regional board order.)

3.Hearing Regarding a Proposed Order Revising Waste Discharge Requirements / NPDES Permit for the City of Santa Rosa’s Laguna Subregional Wastewater Treatment Reuse and Disposal Facilities.(Following the hearing, the Board will consider whether to adopt the proposed order revising the City of Santa Rosa’s Waste Discharge Requirements to authorize an increase in flows to, and discharges from, the treatment plant while the City pursues its long-term Geysers wastewater project.)

WATER RIGHTS (The Board will be meeting in a closed session to deliberate on a decision to be reached in an adjudicative proceeding.This is authorized under Government Code section 11126©(3).This item will be scheduled for a future meeting.Interested parties will be notified of the exact time, date, and location.)

Proposed Water Right Decision Determining the Legal Classification of Groundwater in the Pauma and Pala Basins of the San Luis Rey River in San Diego County.
