RIGHTS
1. Progress Toward Meeting the Narrative Salmon
Protection Objective in the 1995 Bay-Delta Plan. (The Board is seeking comments and
discussion on the current status of existing programs to improve the natural
production of Chinook salmon in the Central Valley and on additional actions
the Board could take to improve the natural production of these salmon. This is a discussion item only. For additional information see the Notice of
Public Workshop dated October 15, 2001.)

2. In the Matter of the Petitions of Napa Sanitation
District, Bay Area Dischargers Association (now Bay Area Clean Water Agencies),
and San Francisco BayKeeper for Review of Waste Discharge Requirements Order
No. 00-059, Issued by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board,
San Francisco Bay Region. SWRCB/OCC

(The Board will consider whether to adopt the proposed order remanding
Order No. 00-059 to the Regional Board.)
ADMINISTRATION
3. Consideration of a Proposed
Resolution Regarding an Interagency Agreement to Provide Funding Support for
the Office of the Secretary for Environmental Protection. (The Board will consider whether to adopt the proposed resolution.)
The Board will be meeting in closed session
to discuss ongoing litigation in the case of Waterkeepers Northern California v. State Water Resources Control Board (Alameda County Superior Court,
No. 2001-022050). (This closed session is authorized under Government Code section
11126(e)(1).)
