2.  Consideration of a resolution adopting the petroleum underground storage tank emergency, abandoned, recalcitrant (EAR) account annual site list; and authorizing the Executive Director to execute contracts for the expenditure of EAR account funds

10.  Consideration of  (1) Vacating certification of the 2000 Final PEIR and GWDRs for the discharge of biosolids to land; (2) Certification of the revised Final PEIR for land application of biosolids; and (3) Adoption of GWDRs for land application of biosolids  (Written comments on the Final PEIR should be submitted by July 16, 2004.)

11.  Public Hearing to receive comments on the draft Negative Declaration and the proposed Exception to the California Ocean Plan for the University of California Scripps Institution of Oceanography to discharge into the San Diego Marine Life Refuge Area of Special Biological Significance (As previously noticed, comments must be received by 5:00 p.m., June 25, 2004.) Draft Revisions to Mitigation Measures

LITIGATION  The Board will be meeting in closed session to discuss ongoing litigation in the cases of DeltaKeeper, et al. v. California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley, et al. (Sacramento County Superior Court,
No. 04CS00235) and California Farm Bureau Federation v. California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley, et al. (Sacramento County Superior Court, No. 04CS00264).
  (This closed session is authorized under Government Code section 11126(e)(1).)

JOINT PUBLIC MEETING (July 8)

 

A quorum of the SWRCB will also be meeting on July 8, 2004 at 9:00 a.m. in the Central Valley Auditorium, 1001 I Street, Sacramento, for a joint meeting with the Central Valley Regional Board (Regional Board), to discuss the status of the conditional waivers of waste discharge requirements for irrigated agricultural issued by the Regional Board.

 

A quorum of the SWRCB may also attend the Regional Board meeting immediately following.
