of the Environmental Protection Information Center and the Humboldt Watershed
Council Regarding the Interim Categorical Waivers for Discharges Related to
Timber Operations (Order Nos. R1-2002-0109 and R1-2003-0116, North Coast Region), Issued by the California
Regional Water Quality Control Board, North Coast Region. SWRCB/OCC File A-1539. (The
Board will consider whether to adopt the proposed order remanding the waiver
established by Order No. R1-2003-0116 to the North Coast Regional Board for
reconsideration and further action.) (Written
comments on the draft order are due March 12, 2004.)*

Aquatic Pesticides for Aquatic Weed and Pest Control in Waters of the United
States (The Board will consider whether
to approve the proposed Permit.) (As

11, 2004.)*

to the Conflict of Interest Code. (The Board will consider whether
to adopt a revised appendix to the State Board Conflict of Interest Code.)
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
2. Consideration of a Resolution
to Modify Reimbursement Schedule for the Water Recycling Facilities Planning
Grant Awarded to Olivehurst Public Utility District.
(The
Board will consider whether to adopt the proposed resolution.)
3. Consideration of a Resolution
Approving a Clean Beaches Initiative Grant for the
Southern California Coastal Waters Research Project. (The Board will consider whether to adopt the proposed resolution.)
4. Consideration
of a Resolution Approving a Proposed Interagency Agreement With the California
State Coastal Conservancy to Provide Funding Support for the Coastal Ocean
Currents Monitoring Program. (The
Board will consider whether to adopt the proposed resolution.)
5. Consideration
of a Resolution Adopting Regulations Regarding Red Tags for Underground Storage
Tanks. (The Board will consider whether to adopt the
proposed resolution.)
WATER QUALITY
6. Consideration
of a Resolution Approving an Amendment to the Water Quality Control Plan for
the Los Angeles Region Revising Interim Ammonia Effluent Limits Contained
Within a Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) for Nitrogen Compounds and Related
Effects in the Los Angeles River and its Tributaries. (The
Board will consider whether to approve the proposed amendment.)
Closed Session Items

The
Board will be meeting to deliberate on a decision to be reached in the
proceeding concerning potential modifications to the U.S. Bureau of
Reclamation’s water right permits for the Cachuma Project (Applications 11331
and 11332).
