PUBLIC FORUM
Any member of the public may address and ask questions of the Board relating to any matter within the State Water Resources Control Board’s (SWRCB) jurisdiction provided the matter is not on the SWRCB agenda, or pending before the SWRCB or a Regional Water Board. Presentations at the Public Forum will be limited to 5 minutes or otherwise at the discretion of the Chairman.

ADMINISTRATION
1. Consideration of a resolution authorizing the Executive Director to negotiate, execute and renew the student assistant contract with the Foundation for California Community Colleges

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
2. Consideration of a resolution approving a revision to the Proposition 40 Clean Beaches Program Project Priority List and recommitment of grant funds for selected projects

WATER QUALITY
3. Consideration of a resolution adopting the Water Quality Control Policy for Addressing Impaired Waters: Regulatory Structure and Options, and approving a process for addressing impaired waters in California (TMDL Guidance) Comments are due no later than 5:00 p.m., January 24, 2005.

4. Consideration of adoption of proposed revisions to the Policy for Implementation of Toxics Standards for Inland Surface Waters, Enclosed Bays, and Estuaries of California (SIP) Comments are due no later than 5:00 p.m., January 25, 2005.



The Board encourages submittal of written comments. Unless otherwise specified, written comments must be submitted by 5:00 p.m., January 27, 2005 and will not be accepted after that time.
