PUBLIC FORUM
Any member of the
public may address and ask questions of the Board relating to any matter within
the State Water Resources Control Board’s (SWRCB) jurisdiction provided
the matter is not on the SWRCB agenda, or pending before the SWRCB or a Regional
Water Board. Presentations at the Public Forum will be limited to 5 minutes
or otherwise at the discretion of the Chairman.

The Board will be meeting
in closed session to discuss pending litigation regarding Central Delta
Water Agency, et al. v. State Water Resources Control Board,
et al., Respondents; Delta Wetlands Properties, et al., Real
Parties in Interest. (Court of Appeal No. C041749; opinion issued Nov.
19, 2004)
LITIGATION

The
Board will be meeting in closed session to
discuss pending litigation regarding Concerned Citizens of Los Osos
v. California Coastal Commission, State Water Resources Control Board,
et al. (San Luis Obispo County Case No. CV 041047)
The Board encourages submittal of written comments. Unless otherwise specified, written comments must be submitted by 12:00 p.m., December 30, 2004, and will not be accepted after that time.
