PUBLIC FORUM
Any member of the public may address and ask questions of the Board relating
to any matter within the State Water Resources Control Board’s jurisdiction
provided the matter is not on the State Water Board agenda, or pending before
the California Water Boards. Presentations at the Public Forum will be
limited to 5 minutes or otherwise at the discretion of the Chairman.

8. Consideration of adoption of an order in the
matter of the petition of the City of Manteca for review of Waste Discharge
Requirements Order No. R5-2004-0028 [NPDES No. CA0081558] and Cease and Desist
Order No. R5-2004-0029 for the Manteca Water Quality Control Facility, issued
by the Central Valley Water Board, SWRCB/OCC File A-1634 (Written
comments on the draft order must be received by 5:00 p.m., February 25, 2005.)
The Board encourages submittal of written comments. Unless otherwise specified,
written comments must be submitted by 12:00 p.m., February 28, 2005 and will
not be accepted after that time. Time limitations on presentations
may be imposed.
