Any member of
the public may address and ask questions of the Board relating to any matter
within the State Water Board’s jurisdiction provided the matter is not
on the State Water Board agenda, or pending before the California Water Boards.
Presentations at the Public Forum will be limited to 5 minutes or otherwise
at the discretion of the Chairman.

Consideration of a resolution adopting a statewide TMDL Guidance and Policy
CLOSED SESSION

Session is not open to the public)
LITIGATION (This closed session is authorized under Government Code section 11126(e)(1).) The Board will be meeting in closed session to discuss ongoing litigation in the cases of DeltaKeeper, et al. v. California Regional Water Quality Control Board- Central Valley, et al. (Sacramento County Superior Court, No. 04CS00235) and California Farm Bureau Federation v. California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley, et al. (Sacramento County Superior Court, No. 04CS00264).
The Board encourages submittal of written comments. Unless otherwise specified,written
comments must be submitted by 5:00 p.m., March 11, 2005, and will
not be accepted after that time . Time limitations on presentations
may be imposed.
