The State Water Quality Coordinating Committee will be meeting from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on October 30, 2006 and from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on October 31 in the Coastal Hearing Room at the Cal/EPA building, 1001 I Street, Sacramento, CA.  A quorum of the State Water Resources Control Board and each of the California Regional Water Quality Control Boards may be in attendance.
