2. Consideration of Proposal to Amend Chapter VI of the Small Community Grant (SCG) Policy to Use a Straight Line Sliding Scale for Determining the Amount of Grant Assistance.

Jim Putman, Division of Clean Water Programs, presented the item recommending approval of the changes to the sliding scale for determining the level of grant assistance.

MOTION: The Board unanimously approved the changes. Resolution 97-035
