The meeting was called to order by James M. Stubchaer, Chairman,

WATER RIGHTS
1. Proposed Order Denying Petitions for
Reconsideration of Decision 1639 Regarding Extraction of Water From the
Alluvium of the Valley of Garrapata Creek in Monterey County by Garrapata Water
Company.
Barbara Katz, Office of the Chief Counsel, presented the
item and recommended of the draft order denying the petitions.
Nancee Murray briefly addressed the Board.
Motion: The Board unanimously adopted the proposed
order. Water Rights Order 99-08
ADJOURNMENT
The Chairman adjourned the meeting at 10:12 a.m.
