The Santa Monica Bay Beaches Dry and Wet Weather Bacteria TMDLs were adopted by the Los Angeles RWQCB on January 24, 2002 and December 12, 2003 and subsequently approved by USEPA on June 19, 2003 and June 20, 2003. The TMDLs were integrated into the Basin Plan as Attachment A of Regional Board Resolution No. 2002-004 and No. 2002-022. |
