Second Proposed Order, October 10, 2017 (SWRCB/OCC Files A-2239(a)-(c))

On October 10, 2017, the State Water Board issued a second staff-proposed order in the above matter. The State Water Board heard public comment on the second-staff proposed order in a public workshop on Wednesday, December 6, 2017. Written comments were due on Friday, December 22, 2017. Following review of comments, the State Water Board circulated revisions to the second staff-proposed order on January 19, 2018, and circulated an additional change sheet on February 2, 2018.  The State Water Board considered two additional change sheets (#2 and #3) at the adoption meeting on February 7, 2018. The State Water Board adopted the order with all proposed revisions on February 7, 2018.
