• Concept Proposal Workshops
  To help potential applicants better navigate the application process, the State Water Board will hold two public concept proposal workshops:
  • Workshop 1: September 19th, 1 – 3 pm, Sierra Hearing Room, CalEPA Headquarters, 1001 I Street, Sacramento, CA. The Sacramento workshop will also be available via webcast at: https://video.calepa.ca.gov/.
