The State Water Resources Control Board invited public comment on proposed amendments to the State Revolving Fund (SRF) Loan Policy. The public comment period closed at 5:00 pm on August 30, 2005. Below is a summary of the comments and staff responses and the newly proposed changes to Exhibit A.

- Summary of Public Comments and Responses - September 2, 2005
- Revised Exhibit A Incorporating Comments - September 9, 2005
The SRF Loan Program provides low-interest loans for the construction of publicly owned wastewater treatment and water recycling facilities, correction of non-point source and storm water drainage pollution problems. The amendments are intended to integrate the concept of Sustainability into the SRF Policy consistent with State Water Board Resolution No. 2005-0006. The amendments only apply to those projects receiving Facilities Plan Approval (FPA) after September 22, 2005. If your project does not currently have an FPA, your application will need to comply with the policy changes adopted at the September 22, 2005 State Water Board meeting.
