Stormwater Permitting Cost Guidance

Staff of the State Water Board and Regional Water Quality Control Boards continue to work with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) stormwater permittees and stakeholders to identify the stormwater permit compliance costs. Staff will be proposing compliance cost-related information in upcoming NPDES stormwater permits to be considered by the corresponding State or Regional Water Board.
