The newly contributed data, LOE#18074, (one sample assessed for Contact and Non-Contact Recreation) is insufficient in terms of sample count to revise the decision. Regional Board Conclusion:	This pollutant is being considered for listing under section 2.2 of the Listing Policy. Under this section of the Policy, a minimum of one line of evidence is needed to assess listing status. Three lines of evidence are available in the administrative record to assess this pollutant. One LOE (LOE #1892) is a placeholder that does not contain data or information in this database. The newly contributed data, LOE#17385 and #17386 (one sample assessed for Contact and Non-Contact Recreation) is insufficient in terms of sample count to revise the decision. Based on the readily available information, the weight of evidence indicates that there is insufficient justification to remove this water segment-pollutant combination from the Water Quality Limited Segments Being Addressed portion of the section 303(d) list.
