State Board Review and Conclusion: This Santa Ana Regional Board staff recommended to "Not List" this water body for Cadmium in the centralized database for the assessment. However, the centralized database was not used to generate the final Staff Report for Region 8 and the Regional Board staff recommendation that went to the Regional Water Board for approval was incorrectly presented as "List" on the 303(d) list. Based on the review of the data and information in the centralized database, State Water Board staff recommends to Not List this water body-pollutant combination. The Regional Board's conclusion above is the correct original decision.
