The samples were collected from a tributary to Jawbone Creek where it flows out of Boggy Meadow. Sample site Bog 1 is outside a fenced area where livestock are present and Bog 2 is inside the fenced area where there are no livestock. These sites were reported as 100 ft apart and therefore were averaged for temporal independence. |

Water Board staff assessed data for Jawbone Creek, unnamed tributary (Tuolumne County) to determine beneficial use support and the results are as follows: 3 of the 5 samples exceeded the Statistical Threshold Value (STV) water quality threshold for E. coli. The STV is based on a 10% exceedance rate that is calculated monthly. |
