However, the REC-2 use still applies which has the antidegradation target of 1,104 cfu/100mL for a SSM or STV based on the 75th percentile density for samples collected during the dry weather months April - October. There is one line of evidence available for E.Coli that shows 4 of 21 dry weather SSM samples exceed 1,104 cfu/100ml antidegradation target for REC-2 waters. Based on the readily available data and information, the weight of evidence indicates that there is sufficient justification in favor of removing this water segment-pollutant combination from the CWA section 303(d) List. This conclusion is based on the staff findings that: 1. The data used satisfies the data quality requirements of section 6.1.4 of the Policy. 2.
