Status of 2010 Integrated Report (CWA Section 303(d) List / 305(b) Report)
USEPA issued guidance for meeting the requirements of CWA sections 305(b) water quality assessment and 303(d) list of waters not meeting standards to be integrated into a single report. This “integrated report” satisfies both requirements for California's CWA section 305(b) and section 303(d).
The 2010 Integrated Report is a combined 2008-2010 report, which was adopted by each Regional Water Board during 2008 and 2009. Regional Board approved Integrated Reports can be found at the links below.

State Water Board staff is currently compiling and reviewing Regional Board adopted 2008 Integrated Reports. The 2010 Integrated Report is expected to be completed and available for public review during spring of 2010. The 2010 Integrated Report includes the data, which was submitted to the Regional Water Boards in February 2006 as a result of the 2008 data solicitation effort.
