Disqualified Businesses and persons

The businesses and persons listed below are disqualified and/or otherwise ineligible to receive new/future work as prime contractors, subcontractors, consultants, sub-consultants, members of a joint venture, vendors or material suppliers. Any and all work performed by any of these named entities below will not be eligible for reimbursement from the State Water Board and may subject the entity that employs such disqualified entity to future violations and/or penalties. The work for which these businesses and persons are disqualified is described in the tables below under “Disqualified Activities.” The disqualified person includes the individual and any company that individual performs work for in the future.
