MIKE PASSALAQUA AND PEDER HOY - ADMINISTRATIVE CIVIL LIABILITY (ACL) AND CEASE AND DESIST ORDER (CDO) HEARING
The State Water Resources Control Board cancelled a hearing to receive evidence relevant to determining whether to impose Administrative Civil Liability (ACL) and adopt a Cease and Desist Order (CDO) against Mike Passalaqua and Peder Hoy for failure to provide required information and for unauthorized diversions from the Tuolumne River, Stanislaus County, following approval of a settlement agreement.
