The purpose of this hearing is to receive evidence regarding whether to impose administrative civil liability against Mr. Phillip W. Wasson and Mrs. Geneva Wasson in the amount of $2,000, or some other amount, for an unauthorized diversion of water within the Navarro River Watershed in Mendocino County.
