Continued to July 16, 2009, Board Meeting

The Regional Water Board will consider, at its May 7, 2009 meeting, adopting waste
discharge requirements for the Calabas Landfill in Calabasas, Los Angeles Count, the
operation of an approximately 505-acre existing Class III municipal solid waste landfill. If
adopted, the waste discharge requirements would update environmental control
measures for the continued landfilling operations. Written comments concerning
Calabasas Landfill may be sent to: Enrique Casas, Los Angeles Regional Water Quality
