Regional Permit Program Page
The Los Angeles Water Board regulates discharges from medium and large municipal separate storm sewer systems (MS4s) through the Regional Phase I MS4 Permit. This permit is issued under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Program.
