| Project Description: |
The expected tidal connection to the pond by levee breach, and the resulting change in the water level fluctuations in the pond, could expose the City’s stormwater Mitigation Channel to the full range of tidal flows after the levee breach, reducing stormwater detention capacity and risking periodic inundation of a section of Bay Trail and the Mitigation Channel by tidal waters. |
