| Project Description: |
The Inverness Yacht Club (IYC) is seeking to conduct emergency work to repair the existing pier to prevent imminent failure. On the morning of December 14, 2024, an extreme king tide coupled with storm surge and related wind and wave action lifted approximately 210 linear feet of the IYC pier off its existing concrete pilings and displaced the structure some 10 inches to the south. |
