"The purpose of the project is to enlarge an existing undersized storm drain inlet on an unnamed ephemeral tributary that runs to Napa River located at 3043 St. Helena Hwy 128, St. Helena in Napa County. The existing inlet is not large enough to properly drain the unnamed tributary during winter storm events, placing the domiciles at risk for flooding." |
