Alleged Violation: Failure to submit technical reports.
Proposed Penalty: $88,000
Current Status: An Administrative Civil Liability Complaint and a Site Cleanup Requirement have been issued; Remediation of the site is in progress and there will be a future opportunity to comment on a settlement or attend a public hearing regarding this case.

Current Mandatory Minimum Penalty Cases

This is a notice of opportunity to comment on a proposed settlement between the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Board and IV1 1411 Harbour Way S Owner LLC to pay a statutory mandated minimum penalty of $1,000 for an annual report violation. The violation occurred at 1411 Harbour Way South, Richmond, Contra Costa County. The public comment period is open until 5:00 p.m. on July 18, 2024. This is a notice of opportunity to comment on a proposed settlement between the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Board and Meadow Heights Elementary School to pay a statutory mandated minimum penalty of $1,000 for an annual report violation. The violation occurred at 2619 Dolores Street, San Mateo in San Mateo County. The public comment period is open until 5:00 p.m. on June 28, 2024. This is a notice of opportunity to comment on a proposed settlement between the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Board and ExxonMobil Environmental and Property Solutions Company to pay a statutory mandated minimum penalty of $3,000 for a discharge limit violation. The violation occurred at 1801 West Imola Avenue, Napa, Napa County. The public comment period is open until 5:00 p.m. on July 11, 2024.
