R2-2020-0031 SF Bay Region Editorial Revisions This amendment corrected Tables 3-3 and 3-4 to incorporate a reference to the Statewide Mercury Provisions in the Water Quality Control Plan for Inland Surface Waters, Enclosed Bays, and Estuaries in California. The 0.025 ug/L Hg objective was removed for fresh waters. The amendment also contained provisions related to total residual chlorine, but these were not approved by USEPA and are not in effect. available upon request
R2-2023-0026 SF Bay Region NPDES Corrections 1) correct errors in freshwater objective calculation formulas for selected metals ; 2) clarify policies, regulations, and guidance for developing dilution credits for non-priority pollutants; 3) allow establishment of alternative cyanide dilution credits and mercury concentration triggers to accommodate water recycling projects and 4) clean up Table 3-4 to add clarifications and update obsolete information.
