The San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board is currently reviewing an application for the following project for water quality certification under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. | Project Description: |
There was an existing floating foam and plywood dock of 65 sq.ft. (noted in red on the diagram). It was removed and replaced without a permit. Somebody contacted the city of Larkspur, which triggered our need to address it. Our goal is to retroactively obtain all necessary permits to end up with a reduced area of what now exists. |
