| Project Description: |
The property owner was served notification by Diablo Community Services District (DCSD) that a creek bank slide wholly or partly within private property (2133 Alameda Diablo) needs to be repaired The creek bank slide caused the top of creek bank to move from within the private property to within the public right-of-way within 3 5 feet from the edge of the roadway. The slide limits also intersect the existing abutments of an existing private driveway bridge that is the only access to the public right-of-way for multiple residences. |
