| Project Description: |
The purpose of the Project is to construct new residential housing within the City of Newark (City) through construction of 66 dwelling units on Honeywell’s Willow Street site (the Site). The City’s General Plan identifies major development opportunities on the western edge of the City near Willow Street and Enterprise Drive (City of Newark 2013), where the Project is located. The Project is intended to meet the goals of the General Plan to support residential development in this area. |
