Project Name:

AMPORTS Port of Benicia Emergency Dredging
City/County:

Benicia, Solano County
Comment Period:

8/27/2024 - 9/26/2024
Project Description:

Existing depths within the berth at the east side of the the AMPORTS Pier were too shallow to allow the petroleum coke vessels from safely docking. The shoaling is localized and relatively small. The inability to dock the pet-coke vessels will cause a significant disruption to the Valero Refinery.
