The San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board is currently reviewing an application for the following project for water quality certification under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. | Project Description: |
The Project purpose is to remove unauthorized fill from Waters of the U.S., State, and sensitive habitats at six (6) Project Sites along Arroyo Mocho; repair the Creek banks where fill is removed; and stabilize the levees where fill is removed against future storm events. |
