| Project Description: |
An accessory dwelling unit (ADU) was built on the property in compliance with Monte Sereno permitting processes very close to the creek bank. After substantial creek bank erosion during January 2023 (Federal declared disaster), the Owners hired a landscape contractor to install rock slope bank erosion protection in three areas adjacent the ADU. The rock materials were installed in October 2023. This permit application is for the original existing (as-built) rock slope protection including the compensatory mitigation measures required by state permitting agencies. |
