The San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board is currently reviewing an application for the following project for water quality certification under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. | Project Description: |
The purpose of the Project is to replace an existing pier with a pier capable of supporting the loads of a new National Security Multi-Mission Vessel to replace the existing Training Ship Golden Bear and complete an associated boat basin reconfiguration. |
