The basic purpose of the Project is Commercial Development. The overall Project purpose is to develop commercial facilities that include a recreational and entertainment complex with necessary parking infrastructure to service the City of Dublin. This development seeks to cater to the increasing demand for leisure and entertainment offerings within Alameda County with a development that aligns with the City General Plan, Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Regulations, and other land development requirements. |
