| Project Description: |
The underlying purpose of the proposed project is to construct a logistics warehouse that would serve as a regional hub for distribution of commercial goods. The objectives of the proposed project are to: • Bring permanent jobs to the area. • Support the Airport Enterprise Fund. • Increase the County's tax base. • Provide off-site improvements for the benefit of the surrounding neighborhood. |
