The overall development is 22.1 acres in area and includes a 370-unit multi-family community including a mixed-use area of 3,600 square feet (sf) of retail, a club room, a fitness center, and 90 affordable units (plus 1 manager unit), a 5-acre community park (Grand Park), and a 1,485-sf community building, along with approximately 1.8 acres set aside for a future transit station. |
