The San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board is currently reviewing an application for the following project for water quality certification under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. Project Description:

The Project is a channel bank restoration project, which will provide long-term protection to the north bank of the Arroyo Del Valle (ADV) where prior emergency bank repairs took place in response to damage caused by a series of storms and flood events in December 2022 and January 2023. The Project proposes restoration of the damaged areas within the contours that existed before the damage occurred.
