Novato Boulevard Improvements Project
The San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board is currently reviewing an application for the following project for water quality certification under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. | Project Description: |
The proposed project would be implemented to achieve the following: 1. Facilitate a safe and efficient through-travel capacity for passenger vehicles, buses, trucks, bicyclists, and pedestrians. 2. Maintain operating standards under the City’s General Plan transportation objectives and policies. 3. Alleviate potential hazards and improve future operations and safety through addition of two-way left-turn lanes in a few locations to provide ingress/egress to adjacent side streets and driveways. 4. Widen the targeted roads for improved traffic flow and marking of vehicle and bike lanes. |
