The San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board is currently reviewing an application for the following project for water quality certification under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. | Project Description: |
The tap valve within the L-131 pipeline is currently leaking and warrants immediate repairs to be undertaken. If the pipeline becomes inoperable, it will cause a disruption in service as well as a potential public safety issue due to leaking natural gas adjacent to Highway 880 and commercial business. |
