Pinehurst Road Culvert Repair Project
The San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board is currently reviewing an application for the following project for water quality certification under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. | Project Description: |
The proposed project consists of replacing a failing culvert located along San Leandro Creek that provides the sole vehicular access to a private residence on Pinehurst Road. Ongoing disturbance of the upstream slopes due to tree falls, high flows, and progressive degradation of the existing concrete bags has resulted in erosion at the upstream end of the culvert and adjacent driveway area, which serves as the only access to the property. |
