Project Name:

Regnart Creek Bank Stabilization Project at Bubb Road
City/County:

Cupertino, Santa Clara County
Comment Period:

8/9/2024 - 8/29/2024
Project Description:

Protect public and private property and public safety. Heavy storms during late 2022 and early 2023 resulted in serious erosion of the bank and undermining of trees along Regnart Creek near Bubb Road. The steepness, height, and condition of the eroded banks and location and size of the undermined trees, creates a risk to public health and safety. If the bank erosion and hazard trees at this location is not stabilized and repaired before the 2023-24 winter season, it could create an imminent danger to the residential homes that are located next to the top of the unstable bank and hazard trees.
