The San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board is currently reviewing an application for the following project for water quality certification under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. | Project Description: |
The Project involves removing accumulated sediment to retain pond size and function. Sediment will be removed from Spring Creek, as well as from the upper and lower "Duck Ponds" and from the culvert that joins them underneath Mitchell Drive. Water plantain will be removed to preserve open water at the site. Dewatering of standing water may occur as necessary. |
